As our administration hours vary during the week, we may not be able to take your call immediately, but we will make every effort to return your call or email with 24-48 hours.

During the initial phone call, our administration staff will ask a few questions about you, your child and what concerns bring you to us. Once we understand you are looking for services within our expertise, you will be scheduled for a free 20 minute phone consultation with me. Please note that during busy times it may take me up to 3 business days to return your call/email.

In the case of an emergency, please proceed directly to your nearest Emergency Room, CAMH Emergency (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health at 1051 Queen St. West, Toronto, Ontario) or call 911.

Our office is located on the sixth floor, with access from the lobby elevator on the right or by the stairs. We are located within 5 minutes walking distance of both the Museum and St. George subway stations. There is metered street parking on Bloor St, Prince Arthur Ave, and neighbouring streets, but during peak times, the most convenient option is the municipal parking lot nearby on Bedford Rd. (Note that there is a pedestrian exit directly into the back entrance of 180 Bloor St. W.)
